Crystal clear sea, pristine beaches
For your days at sea, you can choose - also depending on the wind - among the beaches of the Adriatic (about 20 minutes drive from the Costa Merlata, Torre Pozzelle with its natural pools, the Regional Park of the coastal Dunes, where the green contrasts with the blue sea (about 25 km); you will need about 40 minutes drive to reach the Torre Guaceto Nature Reserve, with its pristine waters and white sandy beaches.
Do not miss the beaches of the Ionian coast, first of all Campomarino and its dunes (50 min drive).

MARTINA FRANCA, the Queen of the Itria Valley in the eighteenth century.
With its elegant allure and noble past, it enchants with its palaces decorated with the traditional Apulian "barocchetto". Do not miss a visit to the Basilica of San Martino and the Doge’s Palace, in the center, so beautiful that it seems it took a century to build it. (13 km)
OSTUNI, the White City, catches the eye with its characteristic color that allows you to distinguish it from afar, lying on the gentle slopes of the Eastern Murge. It fascinates with its alleys and the panorama on the plain of the millenary olive trees that goes up to the sea . The colors that alternate along the road to reach it, between the red of the earth, the green of the olive trees and the blue of the sky, create a strong impact in contrast to the white of the labyrinthine streets of the city.(15 km)
CEGLIE MESSAPICA, the nearest village (8 km), also famous for its gastronomic culture, is the only one that houses a Ducal Castle. Its old town, rich in attractions and history, is to be explored walking through the alleys and whitewashed houses. Treat yourself to a moment of relaxation to taste the Cegliesi biscuit and sandwich.
Not far from LOCOROTONDO, one of the most evocative villages in Italy, with its palaces, enriched with friezes and capitals, develops according to a perfectly circular shape, from which the name derives.
CISTERNINO, a fairy-tale place in the heart of the Itria Valley, designed by narrow alleys in white stone and nicknamed the village that swings because of the many swings of all sizes and colors, installed in the historic center.
ALBEROBELLO, declared by UNESCO World Heritage in 1996, is considered the capital of the trulli, because of its characteristic trulli (over a thousand).
